Budgeting

This tells how much money will be spent on equipment, props , food and drink . This document tells us overall how much money will be used and everything financially is logged.

Location recce and release 

This is a permission form that is given to a owner of a property to ask if they can film there. the owner signs the form with there details there incase the director has to contact them. This allows the filmmaker to film in someone elses property with breaking any laws.

Minutes 

This is a log of every that happens during the process of the entire journey . Absences are also recorded along with what happens every day .This makes sure that the crew is on schedule and that they dont fall behind.

Police emails and permissions

This covers any legal issues if you are filming in a public location or carrying any props . The warns the police in advance that you are about to do this.

Production schedule 

This is a plan that is made in pre production to make sure that the project reaches a deadline . If the project is delayed more money has to be spent on production, This ruins the budget. A production schedule also tells you what is need that day .

Releases- Talent 

This tells you who will appear in your documentary and there permission to appear in the documentary. there details are also there incase you need to contact them about the schedule or any changes 

Risk assessment

This records any hazards that might occur during production Solutions to the hazards and preventions are recorded. This shows that you have considered any hazards or the solutions to the hazards.

Shot list

This tells us the cinematography used for the advert , this involves the camera angles and camera shots. these are placed with the scenes directly so the camera operator knows what to do whilst filming. 

Storyboard

This gives us a visual idea of what is going to happen during the advert. this gives the actor a visual idea of what's happening, this also helps the camera operator.

 Props and costume  

This tells us what props and costumes are required during the advert.  they are recorded by scene
